I went out for a two tank scuba dive while I was there. The water was warm and we had some nice dives. We saw stingrays, turtles, lobsters, and lots of fish.

The guide brought along a spear and scissors to hold and clip the spines off any lion fish that we came across. They are not native here but a few were released off the coast of Florida. With no natural predators in this habitat, they have spread rapidly all throughout the Caribbean and have killed off huge numbers of the native fish population. Last comment 08/14/20.
