Roadtrip!! Mike, Brendan, Sara and I took a drive to Turin, Italy. Turin is said to be a magic city. Here we are at the center of the Piazza Castello, said to bisect the black magic and white magic halves of the city. Last comment 05/15/22.

Here is the Shroud of Turin in the Cattedrale di San Giovanni Battista. It is a cloth that many believe was buried with Jesus. Last comment 10/20/15.

Even though we were losing daylight, we decided to press further on to Milan. Here is the Duomo di Milano, the second largest gothic cathedral in the world. Last comment 08/13/20.

While at dinner we were struck with a crazy idea: why not press on further? We were already going to get home late, why not make it a little later. Last comment 04/19/22.

We made it!! It was 4:30am, we had driven all night, and we were so silly at this point that we were giggling at anything. We found this sign hysterical. Last comment 08/13/20.

Here we are in the capital of Lichtenstein, Vaduz. We ran amok, giggling the whole way. Luckily there was no one awake to witness this silliness. Last comment 05/11/16.

And since the Austrian border was just up the road, we decided to press on. Look at the crazy look in my eye! We thought it good idea to roll down the windows and sing Edelweis for the good folks of Austria.. :-) Last comment 04/13/08.

And now, finally, we were headed back to Albertville. As I was a math minor, I know that the shortest distance between two points is a straight line. We headed straight back, through Switzerland and up and down every single Alp in the country. It took us 9 hours. Had we came back the way we came, it would have taken us 6. Thus concluded our 24 hours of driving. :-) Last comment 04/13/08.
