Friday morning we toured one of the local coffee plantations. The arabica coffee plants take three to four years after they are planted before they start producing the coffee cherries.

…finally the roasting and the grinding. We were served the freshest cup of coffee that we had ever had. It was full of flavor but much less bitter than I am used to.

Friday evening we flew back to Panama City and took in some of the night life.
