We arrived at Matsapha airport in Swaziland early in the morning. We found a nice gentleman outside willing to drive us to our lodgings for the next few days, Sondzela Backpackers.

We rented this very cute rondavel for the next two nights. Since we had spent the previous night trying to sleep o the chairs and floor of the Jo'burg airport, my first agenda item was a nice nap. :-)

Our rondavel was just outside the Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary, and the scenery all around was just gorgeous.

There was a bit of miscommunication between our driver and the base camp about whether or not he needed a key to the gate. He needed one. He didn't have it. :-) So we had to wait for a bit for them to bring one.. We made it up to the top of the hills just before sunset.
